Developing Effective Leaders Through Mentoring
Dr. Bramwell Osula returned to St. Lucia in partnership with RISE (St. Lucia) Inc. to continue the discussion started with the Leadership and Development seminar in May with a workshop on Developing Effective Leaders Through Mentoring. Mentoring provides a wealth of benefits to both the mentor and the mentee. It is a powerful instrument in a leader’s toolbox that helps to expand one’s talents and develop new leaders. The workshops held on August 19th in Castries or Saturday, August 20th in Soufrière helped participants gain the skills needed to be an effective mentor and network with other leaders and potential leaders in the community. The Castries workshop was held at Auberge Seraphine. The Soufriere workshop was offered at Gee’s Bon Manjé in Beverly Hills. |
