The Job Opportunities for Business Scale-Up (JOBS) project is aimed at supporting the growth of an entrepreneurial culture and diversifying the service- oriented economies of Barbados and the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS).

The project is housed at the Cave Hill School of Business' (CHSB) Centre for Enterprise and Entrepreneurship and partnering with the CHSB is Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.

The JOBS Project is coordinated by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and Higher Education for Development (HED).
